Attorney Bio: Raymond F. Miller, Esq.

Raymond F. Miller is the founder and managing member of the practice, where he excels in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business transactional matters, landlord/tenant disputes, estate planning and surrogate/probate matters. Since his admission to the bar in 2011, he has been a distinguished member of both the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Miller honed his expertise over seven years at a well respected law firm in Northern New Jersey, where he led the Real Estate department and skillfully handled a broad array of matters, including business disputes, municipal court matters, and civil litigation cases. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Miller has personally orchestrated thousands of real estate transactions, earning a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication to his clients.

A proud lifelong resident of New Jersey, Mr. Miller was born in Teaneck and currently resides in Bergen County. His formative years were spent at Saint Joseph Regional High School in Montvale, where he distinguished himself as a member of the National Honor Society and as a member of the school’s baseball team. His talents extended beyond the academic and athletic fields to the arts, where he was the musical lead in the school’s theater productions for three consecutive years. Mr. Miller pursued higher education at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice in 2005. He then achieved his Juris Doctor from Touro College in Central Islip, New York in 2010.

After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Miller returned to New Jersey to begin his professional career. His early years in the legal field were marked by a dedication to providing exceptional service to his clients, a commitment that remains unwavering to this day. At his practice, he is known for his ability to navigate complex legal challenges with ease, always prioritizing the best interests of those he represents.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Miller is deeply committed to his community. He volunteers his time with various local organizations. His community involvement extends to mentoring young attorneys and students, sharing his knowledge and experience to help guide the next generation of legal professionals.

In his free time, Mr. Miller cherishes quality time with his family, indulges in his passion for cooking, and enjoys watching baseball.
